Dawei Liu is currently a PhD candidate supervision of Prof. Lan Fu from the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering, Research School of Physics and Engineering, Australian National University. Dawei Liu’s research interests are metasurface integrated optoelectronic devices (especially LED and Laser) at near-infrared range based on iii-V semiconductor nanowire structures. He is also interested in flexible device fabrication.
