Shiyu Wei is currently a PhD Candidate in Electronic Materials Engineering, Research School of Physics, Australia National University, supervised by Prof. Lan Fu. Her research interest is focusing on the III-V semiconductor nanowires-based gas sensors and has published three papers as first author on prestigious international Journals.
